I work as a pluralistic counsellor, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, placing you at the centre of the process. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you with empathy, honesty, and care as you explore your thoughts and experiences.
I work collaboratively, taking time to understand what you would like from therapy. Together, we can explore your goals and expectations and agree on a way of working that feels right for you, while remaining flexible as your needs evolve.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I am mindful of how past experiences can shape how you feel, think, and respond. I aim to offer a safe, supportive space where you can move at a pace that feels comfortable, always feeling heard, respected, and in control.

Individual Counselling
One-to-one therapy sessions where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and personal challenges in a safe, confidential environment.
Online Therapy
Convenient and secure sessions conducted via video call, ideal for those who prefer to access therapy from home or have a busy schedule.
Short-Term & Long-Term Therapy
You can choose a short series of sessions for a focused issue or longer-term support to explore deeper patterns and personal growth.
Integrated Hypnotherapy
Where appropriate, gentle hypnotherapy methods may be incorporated within sessions to help with confidence, habits, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.
Pricing
My sessions are one hour long and priced at £60 per session.
Payments are requested 24 hours in advance of each session (by bank transfer) in order to confirm booking.
